It is the basic principles of Search Engines to ignore a page which has < name="robots" content="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">
Quite surprisingly Yahoo and Bing were not stick to the basic principles on the other hand Google strictly adhering to the basic principles.
Observe the site cache of http://www.melbmartialarts.com.au on both Yahoo and BING.

See the first site (www.melbmartialarts.com.au which contains NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW) included in yahoo search results.

I feel Yahoo and BING needs to adhere to the Basic Search Engine ethics.
