Yahoo and Bing Ignoring NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW in Meta tags

I did not expected it.
It is the basic principles of Search Engines to ignore a page which has < name="robots" content="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">
Quite surprisingly Yahoo and Bing were not stick to the basic principles on the other hand Google strictly adhering to the basic principles.
Observe the site cache of http://www.melbmartialarts.com.au on both Yahoo and BING.

Yahoo Cached page source code (Observe NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW).

See the first site (www.melbmartialarts.com.au which contains NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW) included in yahoo search results.

BING page source code (Observe NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW).See the first site (www.melbmartialarts.com.au which contains NOINDEX and NOFOLLOW) included in BING search results too.

I feel Yahoo and BING needs to adhere to the Basic Search Engine ethics.
